In the field of labour law, we advise on all issues related to employment relationships, including the conclusion of employment contracts, employer-employee relations, the regulation of rights and obligations during employment, as well as the termination of employment.

We advise employers on the preparation and, upon agreement, also prepare all documents necessary for the regulation of employment relationships, including internal acts, employment contracts and other employment-related agreements. We also participate in and advise on negotiations for the conclusion of collective agreements. We mediate in the resolution of disputes between employers and employees and represent both employers and employees before courts and other authorities.
