In the field of labor law, we advise on all issues related to employment relationships, namely in the phase of concluding an employment contract, relations between the employer and the employee, and the regulation of rights and obligations during the term of the employment relationship, as well as in the event of termination of the employment relationship. We advise employers on the preparation and, upon agreement, also prepare all documents necessary for the regulation of employment relationships (general documents, employment contracts, other types of contracts related to labor law, etc.). We also cooperate and advise in the negotiations for the conclusion of collective agreements. We mediate in the resolution of conflicts between employers and employees and represent employers and employees before courts and other authorities.
