We advise clients in the field of public-private partnerships with the aim of enabling and promoting private investment in construction, maintenance, and management of public-private partnership facilities and assets, as well as other projects that are in the public interest, and/or public co-financing of private projects in the public interest, while ensuring the efficient and economical provision of utility and other public services.
Our law firm advises on choosing the most appropriate form of public-private partnership, whether concession-based, procurement-based or institutional public-private partnership (by establishing a legal entity, sale of a stake or acquisition of a stake), on issues of risk allocation in public-private partnerships, and provides comprehensive advice on public-private partnership procedures, including the preliminary phase, the preparation of all necessary resolutions, acts, tender documents, contracts and other documentation.
