Public-private partnerships and concessions

We advise clients in the field of public-private partnerships with the aim of enabling and promoting private investment in the construction, maintenance, and management of public-private partnership facilities and equipment, as well as other projects that are in the public interest and/or public co-financing of private projects that are in the public interest, and to ensure the economical and efficient implementation of economic and other public services.

Our law firm advises on choosing the most appropriate form of public-private partnership – concession, public procurement or status partnership (by establishing a legal entity, selling a share, purchasing a share), on issues of risk allocation in public-private partnerships, and provides comprehensive advice on public-private partnership procedures, i.e., in the preliminary procedure, in the preparation of all necessary decisions, acts, public tenders, contracts, and other documentation. We also advise on the implementation phase of the public-private partnership agreement itself, on the supervision of its implementation, and on any disputes between the public and private partners.

We also advise clients on all other types and forms of concession relationships and the conclusion of concessions.
