Ana Lešnik Sitar has been practising law since completing her education. She practises in the areas of civil, property and contract law, environmental protection law, and also provides advisory services in tax law.

An important part of her work and expertise lies in real estate law, particular in matters relating to the regulation of land register status of ownership rights and complex issues concerning the establishment of condominium ownership. As the lead attorney in our firm for family law matters, she helps clients reach their goals through professional expertise and experience, as well as compassion and patience, in matters where the outcome is often about more than a legal resolution alone.
