Luka Žnidarič began his career as a tax advisor at one of the leading tax consulting companies in Slovenia, and then successfully transferred that experience into legal practice, where he has been active since 2017. He advises domestic and foreign companies in the areas of commercial, civil, tax, and labour law, and is also the author of several professional articles on corporate restructuring and their tax treatment.

He joined the law firm AZ ODVETNIKI o.p., d.o.o. in 2023.
