Mag. Klavdija Erjavec has been working in the field of labour law for many years, and is a certified specialist attorney in the field of labour law and social security law. She obtained her Master of Law degree by successfully defending her master's thesis entitled "Change of Employer in the Case Law of the European Court of Justice and Domestic Courts."

Before starting her career in law, she worked as a legal advisor in a large company and also gained experience at the Labour and Social Court in Ljubljana. She participates in training courses in the field of labour law and social security law, and is also an examiner for labour law and social security law in state bar examinations.
