Before starting her career at the firm, Tanja Bratina was head of the legal department at the Slovenian Competition Protection Office. She also gained experience as a legal advisor in the corporate sector. She has extensive experience in competition law, commercial contract law, administrative law, and public procurement procedures, particularly in infrastructure projects, energy, IT, and pharmaceuticals.

She regularly publishes professional publications, is co-author of the commentary on the Prevention of Restriction of Competition Act and the Legal Protection in Public Procurement Procedures Act, and participates in professional training courses as a lecturer. She is a member of the Slovenian Association for Energy Economics and participates in the International Team on Antitrust Collective Action project as a national correspondent.
