Public-private partnerships and concessions

We advise clients in the field of public-private partnerships with the aim of enabling and promoting private investment in construction, maintenance, and management of public-private partnership facilities and equipment, as well as other projects that are in the public interest, and/or public co-financing of private projects that are in the public interest, and to ensure the economical and efficient implementation of economic and other public services.

Our law firm advises on choosing the most appropriate form of public-private partnership – concession, public procurement, or status partnership (by establishing a legal entity, selling a share, or purchasing a share) on issues of risk allocation in public-private partnerships, and provides comprehensive advice on public-private partnership procedures, i.e., in the preliminary procedure, in the preparation of all necessary decisions, acts, public tenders, contracts, and other documentation. It also advises during the implementation phase of the public-private partnership agreement itself, in supervising its implementation, and in any disputes between the public and private partners.
