We are pleased to announce that attorney Aleš Avbreht will participate in the 51st Slovenian Lawyers' Days, which will take place on October 16 and 17, 2025, in Portorož.
He will participate in a discussionentitledCurrent Issues in Corporate Law and Its Modernization, which will take placeon Thursday, October 16, 2025. As part of this, he will give a lecture entitled:"Recent (judicial) practice of liability for damages of members of management and supervisory bodies."
