We are pleased to share with you that Tanja Bratina is the co-author of an extensive professional work entitled Veliki priročnik za javno naročanje (The Big Handbook of Public Procurement), which is expected to be published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia in September 2025.
The handbook is the result of collaboration between more than 20 experts in the field of public procurement. Its aim is to provide a comprehensive and practical overview of the key issues and dilemmas faced by participants in public procurement procedures. It covers topics ranging from the preparation of documentation and the submission of bids to their review and evaluation, legal protection, and the implementation of contracts. Additional topics such as offenses, lobbying and concessions, and financial corrections are also covered. The handbook is highly practical and written in such a way that even non-lawyers can easily use it in their work.
